Redesigned the logos for designated smoking and non-smoking areas
Client: British American Tobacco Central America (BATCCA)
This project involved the redesign of logos for the "Convivencia en Armonía" initiative, a program created by BATCCA to promote harmonious coexistence in public spaces, particularly during the time when smoking was permitted in restaurants and bars.
Key responsibilities and achievements:
- Logo Redesign: Redesigned the logos for designated smoking and non-smoking areas, creating a modern and visually distinct design to promote clarity and adherence to the initiative.
- Visual Identity Alignment: Ensured the designs aligned with the brand's corporate identity while being intuitive and easy to recognize in diverse environments.
- Practical Application: Delivered designs optimized for use in physical signage, ensuring high visibility and durability in public spaces.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked closely with the client to understand the program's objectives and implement designs that supported its mission of fostering mutual respect in shared spaces.
This project highlights my ability to blend creative design with practical considerations, delivering visuals that effectively communicate and support strategic initiatives.
