In 2008-2009, I developed an interactive CD for British American Tobacco Central America (BATCCA) as part of their employee induction program. Using Adobe Flash technology, which was at the forefront of interactive design at the time, the CD provided an engaging and multimedia-rich introduction to the company.

 

Key Features:

  • Interactive Content: Designed an intuitive interface that allowed new employees to explore information about BATCCA’s values, history, and operations in an interactive and engaging way.
  • Multimedia Integration: Incorporated animations, audio, and visuals to enhance user engagement and provide a dynamic learning experience.
  • Custom Navigation: Enabled easy access to different sections of the induction program, including company policies, mission, vision, and organizational culture.
  • Portability: Delivered the project in a CD format, making it easily distributable for onboarding sessions across multiple locations.

 

This project highlights my ability to leverage cutting-edge technology of the time to create innovative solutions tailored to specific organizational needs, delivering both functionality and creativity.
