Event Production: DJ Thomas Penton at Club Vertigo

I managed the complete production of the DJ Thomas Penton event, a highly successful electronic music event hosted at Club Vertigo, Costa Rica. This project involved overseeing all aspects of the event, from artist booking to logistics and promotional design, culminating in a well-attended event with over 1,000 guests.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

• Artist Management: Coordinated the booking and contracts for internationally recognized electronic music artist DJ Thomas Penton, ensuring all requirements were met.
• Logistics Coordination: Managed event logistics, including venue setup, technical equipment, sound systems, and schedules, to ensure a seamless experience for both the artist and attendees.
• Promotional Design: Designed and executed visually striking promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and digital ads, to maximize audience reach and engagement.
• Sponsorship Collaboration: Worked with Heineken, the event sponsor, to align branding and integrate promotional elements into the event.
• Attendance Success: Attracted a crowd of over 1,000 attendees, contributing to the event’s success and reinforcing Club Vertigo’s reputation as a leading electronic music venue.
